Q: Can you still pump out my tank if it's snowing?
A: Yes. As long as we can access the manhole cover or main access. It's also important to make sure your driveway is plowed so our trucks can get as close to your tank as possible.
Q: What should I do if my pump alarm is going off?
A: If your alarm is going off it's important to act quickly. Have the tank pumped within the next 1-2 days. And be sure to have the pump inspected to determine if the pump and/or floats need to be repaired or replaced.
Q: Can you help if my toilet is clogged or not flushing?

A: If it's been more than a few years since your tank has been pumped, a strong odor is a telltale sign that your tank is ready to be cleaned out. Call us today to schedule your next septic pumping.
Q: How long does it take to pump out a septic tank? Do I need to be home for my service?
A: As long as the tank location is easily accessible or marked, you don't need to be home for your service. It usually takes us 30-40 minutes to get your tank pumped out. It can take us a little longer if we have to dig your manhole cover open because it's below grade, or covered by snow etc.
Q: What is the grossest thing you've ever found in someone's septic tank?
A: This is a tough one. Probably dead rodents/bones.
Q: What's the best septic joke a customer has cracked about your job?
A: There's the one that everyone says and thinks you've never heard before... "You've got a crappy job, don't ya!"
