4 Generations of Septic Service

How It All Started

We’re a family owned business that specializes in residential and commercial septic pumping, inspections, grease trap / tank pumping, high pressure water jetting and 24/7 emergency service. With 60 years of experience, John Kline is a name you can trust for quality service and expertise.

It all started 4 generations ago, when John's grandfather established Kline's Septic Service in 1955. Ownership later transferred to his son Marshall (John's father) and the business operated from the family farm in Salunga. The original business is no longer family owned and that is why John decided to continue the Kline tradition with his own septic business.

In 2012, following his career as Co-Owner and Vice President of Kline’s Services in Salunga, Pa, John Kline and his sons, Kyle and Keaton, established John Kline Septic Services. We provide residential and commercial septic services in Lancaster, Lebanon, York and Dauphin counties. All of our technicians are PSMA certified to perform both real estate and township inspections, as well as small repairs and diagnostics.

While the original Kline farmhouse can still be seen from Rt 283 in Salunga, PA, our business is now located along Harrisburg Pike in Mount Joy. Just a few miles away from our roots, we chose a new location where we can expand our fleet of trucks and equipment. We started with one pump truck in 2012, and we've already added two additional pump trucks, a jet truck for drain cleaning and line opening, as well as a service pick-up truck for diagnostics and inspections.

We've also expanded our team. What began as a three man operation has grown to include additional drivers, office personnel and sales team members. Not only do we plan to add another pump truck to our fleet in 2019, we've expanded our services to include grease trap cleaning, hydro jetting, and camera inspections.

If your home or business is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced septic service, contact us today! We pride ourselves on our great service and affordable rates. It's no wonder we've been in the business for 60+ years! For a name you can trust, call John Kline.
